I feel a home is more than a house, it is a feeling. It’s the feeling I get after unlocking the door at the end of a long workday, the smell of freshly baked cookies I baked with my nieces, the comfort of the first bed my husband & I picked out together, and the feeling of memories I look back on when I think of all the great times I have enjoyed with family and friends between four simple walls. I favor home more than anywhere.

Real estate, I’ve realized over the years, is all about that home feeling. And when I launched Serena Dobbie Realty Group, that is the feeling I wanted to celebrate. To celebrate the summer nights we spend in the backyard sharing a glass of wine with friends, the dining rooms where we share stories with loved ones, the walls we know our kids will destroy, and knowing every client deserves that butterfly feeling when they walk in and say “this is home”.

In early 2017, I was awarded into Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society. I was named Coldwell Banker’s 2017 Rookie of the Year for my company’s region. And in 2018 was  the only female in the “Rising Stars of Real Estate” at the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors. 2019, 2020, & 2021 The SDR Group has proven to grow production every year and has been awarded into the Emerald, Diamond, & Double Diamond Society for sales volume. 

As for my own home, my husband and I live in a cute two story cul-de-sac house with picturesque mountain views from our backyard in Alta Loma. When we need to get away, we escape to our second home, a modern bohemian lake house about five minutes from Lake Mohave. My blog was started to give you a glimpse into my life both in and out of work. My hope is for you to get to know me a little better through my site.
