A lender will evaluate your debt, income, assets, credit, and find the loan program that best suits you. By looking into this, the lender will let you know the home purchase price you qualify for. Now armed with a pre-approval letter in your hands, we can start the fun part of house hunting! You and I will discuss your timeline, your home needs, start the online search, and go to home showings. Our goal is to find the home that best suits you and I help negotiate the best price for you. I will be there every step of the way, through offers, inspections, appraisals, and help be your consultant even past the day we get keys and escrow is closed.
