Helping Veterans getting into a home has to be one of my favorite things about this job. When Marcanthony sent me a text one day about wanting to schedule a home buying consultation, I could not have been more honored.

I love when a client knows what he wants and Marcanthony knew what he wanted! A modern bachelor pad close to his current LA based job and central air at the tip top of his non-negotiables list!

We submitted an offer on a super cool condo in Tarzana and were declined saying they were accepting another offer. One week later the house still on the market, we went back to the seller, did some more negotiating and snagged the home he wanted!

A couple weeks ago, Mac sent us photos of his new place. I just think the manly greys and bar set up is the coolest !
